Shofar Sounding is an arcane skill. There generally is no formal training because sounding is a once a year occurrence. Usually,someone who has played a brass instrument has the experience tosound this ancient instrument on Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur.The Shofar WebPage intends to approach Shofar Sounding in ascientific and respectfully religious manner.
