Designated as an Advanced Practitioner by the Association for Conflict Resolution, and practicing 30 years in human resources administration, ARTHUR L. FINKLE specializes in labor relations' mediation. Listed in Marquis’ Who's Who (2011); Who's Who in Government; Who's Who in American Education; and Who’ s Who in American Law, he has authored 13-books; 4-book chapters and 150+ articles on human resources issues. Director of Mediation for the New Jersey Department of Personnel, he also teaches at Kean University and Empire State College. He appears on the N.J. Court Roster as a Mediator and as a Mediator Mentor. In addition, he is rostered by Mediation Works Incorporated (MWI) Panel of Employment Mediators (located in Boston, MA).
Graduating from The Wharton School, his avocation is musical with emphasis on the French horn and Shofar.
He has played in numerous orchestras and bands in the Trenton- Princeton-Newtown area. He has written three books and numerous articles on the subject of brass instruments.

Former Director of Mediation for the New Jersey Department of Personnel, he also teaches at Kean University and Empire State College. He is rostered as a Mediator by N.J. Superior Court (Mediator Mentor) and Mediation Works Incorporated (MWI, Boston, MA). He also serves as History/Social Sciences Editor and Peer Reviewer for Merlot.org, reviewing educational websites.
He is a Peer Extraordinaire at Merlot.org, a University of California clearing house for educational material on the internet.
A Phi Beta Kappa, graduating from The Wharton Graduate School. He now devotes his time to teaching and writing. He is the Treasurer of the Shady Brook Rotary Club, and leader of the Trenton Jewish Historical Society and Monmouth County (New Jersey) Jewish Heritage Museum.
